All text, portraits, marks, and graphic elements of The Council are protected. Unauthorised reproduction is prohibited.

Advisor names refer to public-domain authors. The Council is not affiliated with their estates, museums, or institutions.

Sessions are private. Nobody reads them. Nothing you write or say is published, sold, or used to train a model. If you speak, the recording is turned into text and discarded; only the text is kept.

An account may be created through Clerk in order to keep your sessions. An email address given to The Council is used to reach you about your account or your session — including a letter from the Chair the morning after a verdict — and for nothing else.

Product analytics (pages visited, buttons used, not the text of a session) are processed in the EU by PostHog. Session recordings are off. Transcripts are not sent there.

Under the GDPR, you may ask the publisher, EICA, for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data.
